How can I contact OHSO Lovely?

We are available Monday-Friday 10:00 am-3:00 pm (est) time via phone or email. We reply to emails within 24-48 hours. Keep in mind we are not open on weekends or any U.S. holidays. Any emails sent during the weekend will be answered on the following business day.

Will an item be RESTOCKED?

We get emails from customers requesting restock information, however, restocks are sometimes not available. We usually don't have restock information until items arrive, if they are restocked at all.

If you would like to be notified when something is restocked, please send an email to ohsolovelydoll@gmail.com with the item and size. If we are able to restock item, we will be sure to notify you!

OHSO Lovely Sizing Chart

Most of our clothing is TRUE TO SIZE but there are items that run smaller or bigger than others. If this is the case, please be sure to read the description of the item.

Most of the time, customers take an item that’s too small; therefore, if you believe you are in between sizes we suggest ordering the next size up. Please make note when ordering prints, the print may vary from models’ picture due to fabrics being cut in different parts of the print during the manufacturing process. That makes every printed item slightly unique from the others.

OHSO Lovely offers Local Pick-up

Local Pick-Up:

24-48 hour notice for local pickup located in Downtown Dallas, TX area.

***Please contact us via phone or email FIRST before ordering for local Pickup.*** Once confirmation received via email has been made. Pickup address will be provided after payment.

If items are not picked up within 2 days, customer refuses the right for their purchase as their items and the sale are final. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, so we are unable to accept changes to an order once it's been placed.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once order has been processed ALL orders are shipped via USPS.

Please keep in mind we do not ship packages out on national holidays. They will ship next business day.

OHSO Lovely Tracking

Tracking:

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 2-3 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays, weather conditions, and on sale days due to large number of orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

OHSO Lovely is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

IMPORTANT: If you don't receive your package and the tracking doesn't say delivered please reach out to us within 5 days of the date of shipping. We CANNOT file a claim with USPS after that date. They have a strict time limit on case filings and if it is past this date they will not let us open a claim, therefore we cannot replace the package or issue a refund.  

REFUNDS

OHSO Lovely Refund Policy

Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. ALL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS regarding any issues with orders.

OHSO Lovely Return Policy

At this time all orders are FINAL and NO RETURNS will be accepted. We do NOT provide refunds or return labels. Please do not ship anything back to us without an approval from us.
